make Windows Media Player your default program to open mp3, m3u files
and then you can watch the Phat Taxi Web Cam

Save the m3u file onto your desktop
Once you have it saved onto your desktop, open it with Windows Media Player

This could be anything from what is currently on my TV (home movies, TV shows, DVD or VCR movies etc,)
to possibly a LIVE Broadcast of me in my home. I may be cooking in the kitchen or simply be sitting at my computer.
